Delete your account from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account and data:
- Open the VERA app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
When you confirm, your account and the records associated with it are permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we delete your account and login information, and the incidents, timelines, notes, and evidence you created in VERA. This action cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app
If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, email us and we will delete your account and data for you: info@think-speak-create.com
Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it. We will confirm once your account and data have been deleted.
